*Good knowledge of English, knowledge of an additional foreign language is welcome.
*Strong interpersonal skills.
*Analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Willingness to take first steps in IT or finance.

We do not require work experience. You will work among experts, and your willingness to learn new things will be supported by a wide range of training to enhance your skills.

It’s not essential, but we appreciate if you also have: basic finance skills or basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, hardware devices etc.) or a technically oriented mind.

3. Zakres obowiązków

What responsibilities will help you grow as an expert?

*Contacting various customers by phone and email
*Preparing and sending payment reminders to customers
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with external customers and internal customer service and sales representatives
*Supporting cash applications or collection team
*Preparing reports as needed

*Issues related to daily computer use
*Analyzing and resolving the most common inquiries using the step-by-step solutions provided
*Provide high quality standard services to customers
*Collaborate with a team of IT specialists in solving more complex problems
